Biography
Lawrence G. Robinson, MD, is Board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery, the Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America, the Florida Medical Association and the Florida Orthopaedic Society. Dr. Robinson has a clinical interest in Pediatric Orthopaedics, and chose to do so because growing up he had several conditions and injuries requiring visits to the orthopaedic surgeon. Dr. Robinson also learned to use his hands building things which he enjoyed very much. When it was time to pick a specialty to pursue in medical school, orthopaedics seemed like the best option for him. Dr. Robinson likes to teach so he always reviews any images taken and does his best to explain to the patient or parents about the diagnosis and treatment options. Dr. Robinson has won professional awards including: Space Coast Humanitarian of the Year 2010, Wuesthoff Hospital Physician of the Year 2016. In his free time outside of work, Dr. Robinson enjoys music, reading, and outdoor activity including hiking, biking and rowing.
