Biography
Dr. Jason Wilt is a board-certified Emergency Medicine and Primary Care Sports Medicine physician. A core mission for him is to improve his patients’ quality of life and keep them moving. The most common procedures that he performs are steroid injections and viscosupplement injections. However, he is also a big believer that regenerative therapies, such as PRP injections, are useful for a wide variety of conditions. Additionally, he takes great pride in helping patients find ways to manage chronic pain without opioid medications. Before coming to The Orthopaedic Institute, Dr. Wilt worked as an Adjunct Clinical Faculty Member at the University of Florida in the Department of Emergency Medicine. He was also a Primary Care Orthopaedics/Urgent Care Physician at Unova Hip and Knee Center from 2017 to 2021.
In his free time, Dr. Wilt enjoys spending time with his family and exercising. He considers both to be Fountains of Youth.
