I fell and broke my hip 4 weeks ago. Dr Keen did my surgery the same day. He has taken great care of me. He is not only an excellent surgeon he has a great way of making his patients feel relaxed and comfortable. I would recommend Dr Keen and Kendall to anyone and everyone.

The wait wasn't long. I liked Dr. Keen. Just wanted a different answer than taking medicine that could kill my kidneys for my finger joints. He is medical. I am more doing things more natural. Everyone there was very friendly. But fast. Was impressed with the x-ray tech, how quickly he got people in and out. Only thing I may add there is some background music? Maybe offer coffee in the lobby? But ... See More

Dr Keen was very informative about the possible procedures and pointed out the problem area with my shoulder on the x-rays. He was correct on what I could expect and the recovery time. Pain was minimal and therapy after the operation was very helpful. I highly recommend Dr Keen for the correction to shoulder pain.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, even though a very busy facility it runs like a well oiled machine. Dr. Keen and Kendall have been great before surgery and post op.
