Biography
Dr. Heim is a double board-certified, fellowship trained orthopaedic hand surgeon. Dr. Heim specializes in operative and nonoperative treatment of conditions of the hand and wrist. The most common procedures she performs treat carpal tunnel syndrome, cubital tunnel syndrome, trigger fingers, ganglion cysts, and fractures of the hand and wrist.
Dr. Heim has a passion for helping her patients improve their quality of life, and she enjoys getting to know them on a personal level. Part of Dr. Heim's treatment philosophy is ensuring her patients feel heard and understood, and she takes the time to explain their condition and options in detail, customizing the treatment plan to each individual patient's needs.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Heim enjoys traveling, hiking, swimming, and spending time with her family.
